Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
3. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted from your account but the ticket was not booked, the full amount will be refunded automatically within 7 business days.
4. Bus Cancellation
If a bus service is cancelled by the operator, a full refund will be provided to the passengers.
